A crowd newly estimated of 800,00 to 1.1 million black men gather in Washington DC for a day of brotherhood, love, atonement and recommitment to their communities. They came as far away as California or just from around-the-way. They sported dreadlocks and bald heads. Men with their hair braided into tiny sections stood shoulder-to-shoulder with those wearing conservative fades.
