Tags: I see it this way! food restaurant construction Salisbury MD Jamaican akee and codfish eat curried goat

There's a new restaurant in Salisbury MD, right on Rt. 13 down near World Gym.  Reggae Soul Cafe' across the street from Giant food store is an authentic Jamaican food place. Anybody can use the word "authentic" but when you see Ackee and Codfish on the menu, it's the real deal! I found this place by accident.  Having missed lunch while waiting for my wife in Salisbury, I thought about having Vietnamese but noticed a sign stating a new Jamaican place in the same parking lot.  The first thing which came to my mind was jerk chicken.  So, I decided to try a few wings to see if the food was any good.  Well, I never ordered the jerk chicken because I settled on the curried goat.  The food was delicious and the price was right. The cashier asked me if I wanted to meet the chefs.  I told her no because I would let the food do the talking. After enjoying the food so much I changed my mind and ask if I could get a picture of the chefs.  They both agreed without hesitation, my kind of folks. I didn't ask if the chefs were also the owners but if you want some serious Jamaican food stop at the Reggae Soul Cafe'.   You can ask when you stop in. eatgood@reggaesoulcafe.com (433) 736-3860 http://www.reggaesoulcafe.com/
