There are NO FISHING signs near the ponds in my community. Maybe, the young man above didn't see them. He was spotted by me today fishing in a couple of ponds. He also brought this puppy along. It looks like he has a fishing license on his hat. Maybe the had the right license, to fish, but the wrong pond.
