After the latest unsuccessful rescue attempt to save hostages by USA Navy Seals, maybe it's time to negotiate for release of the hostages. In that attempt both hostages were killed by the terrorists.  What CNN and the rest of Big Media don't mention is the terrorist group had not killed any of the hostages they have ever held.  They trade hostages for money.  ISIS, IS, or ISIL are the terrorist group beheading folks. The official policy of the USA, Israel, and a few others is not to negotiate with terrorist. Oh really? Give 'em the money, we print the $h*t, remember?  The Pentagon budget next year is over 500 Billion, that's 500,000,000,000.  Think of it as 1/2 million ransom payments of $1,000,000 each. I know it'must be tight trying to live on a half-Trilllion plus dollar budget.  So, maybe the Pentagon should try dropping fewer bombs and pay for a few lives. They should go ahead and pay the ransoms, then lie about it.  Heck, do you think we would be at all surprised to catch them lying?
