That's my mother-in-law and I after voting in the mid-term election of 2014.  The polling place was the the firehouse in Bridgeville DE. She's a long-term democratic voter and her vote reflected that. My advice to African Americans, who typically vote democratic, is to punish the Democrats for taking their votes for  granted and vote the Republican into office by a landslide. I pulled the lever for all the Republican candidates.  Am I a Republican? No!   I took my own advice voted for the Republicans.  My logic is we can survive a few year with those bums running the place.  The next election maybe Democrats will have to earn the African American vote. The country seems to be spiraling towards bottom and I believe the Republicans will only speed up the journey.  Maybe the sooner it hits rock bottom the sooner it can be a better place.
