She stands out in a crowd. Today, a  Community Service Award, in the form of a certificate, was given to Heather I've seen her walking throughout the community picking up litter.  Others have told me to "get a picture", but when I tried, she politely declined. So it was a pleasure to see her being recognized  at our Patriots Day event for "the beautification of Heritage Shores by faithfully picking up litter."   This has been recognized by commissioners of Bridgeville DE and the Heritage Shores Military Club.
