That's Steven A. Rose the President/CEO at Nanticoke Health System.  Today was a groundbreaking for a new addition to that health system, Nanticoke Health Pavilion - Seaford. I feel a little attached, since I had a pacemaker implanted at Nanticoke Hospital and have been there on other occasions.  So when I heard there would be a groundbreaking it seemed right up my alley.  I need pictures to feed my blog and Facebook pages. Of course, I have pictures of Steve at podium, and with a ceremonial shovel but I like more candid shots. On the above picture, it works for me.
