That's someone we all know in about 3 inches of mud at the bottom of the new pond. Yeah, that would be the pond being built behind tennis/pickle ball courts for Phase III, Eagle Springs. This guy asked his neighbor, a capable photographer, to photograph him at bottom of pond. He needed something in pond to show how deep it is. It has to be at least 15-20 feet deep. So, the two bad boys of the camera club head over to the pond after dinner. One guy is near the bottom as a size reference. The other guy helps to "encourage" the former to step "just down a little further" to make a better picture. It was not firm mud on bottom. It felt like quicksand, but it was worth it. Years from now someone we all know will have bragging rights. He'll tell his grandchildren how he stood on the bottom of the "lake." Disclaimer: No photographers were harmed during this shoot. Don't try to copy or repeat this boneheaded stunt. It's dangerous as trench collapses,cave-ins and side wall collapses are perhaps the most feared hazards in the trenching and excavating industry.   // // More can be seen on my blog: Picture_This!   //
