A pal of Jon Falk told him to immediately go out and play the lottery after he a "sign" from above on his parking pull around in Beautiful Downtown Westmont. Jon made four quick snaps of the thing, each one fading faster than the previous one. Then it was gone. You know friends don't let friends phonagraph.  We use real cameras not phones!
