During the early stages of construction of a new Wawa in Bridgeville DE, a small mountain of dirt came into existence.  Crews are busy digging, leveling,  excavating, removing soil and other  work to prepare site for store.  The photograph above was shot through a hole of some sort  drainage/sewer pipe. The old Bridgeville Diner used to sit on this site.
