The Coastal Camera Club, based in Rehoboth Beach, had a Photo Beach Bash – Making Great Shots Happen. It was an exciting day, with programs by five nationally known photographers including Michele Celentano, Canon Explorer of Light. There were also a Coastal Camera Club exhibit of award winning images, a chance to have your images critiqued by professional photographers, and a Photo Flea Market, where you could purchase gently used gear at a good price. B & H Photo had tables of great photo gear to demonstrate and sell. Photographic Society of America and Delaware Valley Council of Camera Clubs were onsite with information. At least five residents from Heritage Shores attended the event. During the dinner break,  a fellow camera club member and myself decided to take a chance on a Thai restaurant we had not visited in the past.  We chose Lily's Thai Restaurant, which is on 10 North First Street, a block from the Sands Hotel. Above is a picture of a bowl of Chicken Coconut Soup.  It was delicious, hot and sour lemon grass broth, sliced chicken breasts, coconut milk, galanga, kaffir lime leaves and mushrooms.  Yummy! Our entrees were just as elegant.  I recommend this place if you're in Rehoboth Beach  looking for some fine cuisine.
