According to The London Evening Standard:  Moves to legalize marijuana in Uruguay and US states of Colorado and Washington were branded "misguided initiatives" by the head of the the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), the UN body for enforcing international drug treaties. Editors' comment: I guess it's easier to get the population distracted by smoking pot and same-sex marriages than provide job creation, stop crumbling infrastructures, provide education, reduce high incarceration rates and such.
