That was Gabe with grandparents, Jon and Carol, in Children's Hospital at John Hopkins, Baltimore MD. He needed some more corrective surgery... I've been fortunate to have Gabe appear on this blog many times over the years. Everyone is hoping he's out of Hopkins and back in Jersey by the 23th of this month.
