That's the entrance to the Delaware Solid Waste Auhority, a landfill, in Georgetown DE. (302) 875-2004 dswa.com 28560 Landfill Ln, Georgetown, DE 19947 Cross Streets: Near the intersection of Landfill Ln and Hardscrabble Rd It's about 17 miles from Bridgeville DE and a real nice place to retire those old flower pots, kitchen sinks, televisions which you can no long get tubes, and etc. I went there today to dump a bunch of old electronic devices and discovered it was free to do. Anything else would have been $7.50 for the first 85 pounds. This landfill receives both domestic and commercial waste, such as tires, batteries, old leaves, paint cans, and you name it. My wife wasn't happy with me dumping an old vacuum cleaner, used rarely, to clean her car. So the money I saved on free recycling of electronic items and helping the environment ... can used toward a new vacuum cleaner:)
