I found somebody crazy enough, excuse me, brave enough to cycle down Salisbury Blvd. in Salisbury MD. Note the bike path sign almost on top of a grate in the road. Just moments before, an automobile drove over that sign. What rocket scientist, or bike enthusiast thought a bike path on this boulevard would be convenient or safe?
