Tonight I went to a Bridgeville DE residential planning commission meeting.  While taking a picture of Bob Rauch, of Rauch & Associates,  I notice a window behind him in the picture I took. That picture documented Bob speaking to a room full of town residents and commissioners.  It was honest. I went outside and took a picture of Bob through the window as he continued to speak. It was artsy fartsy.
