When my daughters went to The Dominican Republic years ago they asked about Salsa dancing.  The family with which they were staying told them that the salsa was in the kitchen.  Everyone had a big laugh once the family realized my girls were not talking about food but dancing. Well, last night the first Salsa Sunday was held at Roadie Joe's in Salisbury MD.  The crowd was a wide demographic mix of young, old, ethnic, racial, and nationalities.  It was mostly dancers and a lot of water being served instead of alcohol. I guess we can say sometimes at Roadie Joe's "Salsa is on the table."
