That's Jane.  She and her husband have just bought a home on Ruddy Duck Ln. in my community.  As seen in the rear, parts of the concrete foundation have been poured. On the way back home I spotted her walking around the construction site.  Her husband, John, was talking to one of their new neighbors-to-be. I'm the one on the prowl, not her, almost always looking for new picture opportunities for this blog.
