My Heritage Shores community in Bridgeville DE has block parties during the year.  My street, Widgeon Way, had it's last party almost two years ago. Maybe we have fire our block captains. Image my surprise seeing the upstarts on Ruddy Duck Ln having a block party today!  Not only were they partying but were wearing shirts with Ruddy Duck logos. Who let the Ducks out?
