What it actually is: Today, Heritage Shores residents of Bridgeville DE volunteered to repair pieces of some town playground equipment.   One piece was a wooden suspended bridge like you see in the jungle movies.  Instead of ropes, two steel chains were used to hold sections of boards to walk on.   Above is a close-up of one side of a board and chain used for suspension.   Now the political version: While the USA government and its corporate media gear up to attack Syria over use of chemical weapons, any evidence of who caused the attack should be rock solid.  So far,  it has only been circumstantial. I want it bolted down!
