For whatever reason this construction worker was shirtless on a very hot day in July. I would have on a shirt as his co-workter to protect my skin. Actually, you're cooler with a shirt because the sweat evaporates from the shirt and cools the skin. There was a movie "Sleepless In Seattle", a comedy with Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan. Maybe, my boy above, wants to be "Shirtless In Bridgeville."
