On a recent trip to The Dominican Republic, I noticed the entertainment system booting up.   I'm fastening my seat belt and notice the Linux mascot, a penguin, flash on screen during the boot process. Whoa! So there you have it , world travelers: The better airlines use Linux, not Windows or Apple OS to entertain us on those flights. Steve, roll over:)
