The real estate agents in my community usually use the golf course as a highlight on perspective customers. Picture lush green rolling hills blanketed with sunshine. Do you see the golfers teeing off with such great form? Don't you want to buy a house? Today, the golf course was blanketed with snow. I wonder how many houses were sold?
