Will, a Heritage Shores golf pro points out a little waist movement during a putting clinic.  If I heard him right, he said to stroke not slap with the putter.  That is to keep the wrists relaxed but firm while making a putting stroke.  Which also means you have to move your arms slightly along with the putter during execution.  If  you just use your wrists, then this isn't what Will recommends.
