Will, a Heritage Shores golf pro points out a little waist movement during a putting clinic.  If I heard him right, he said to stroke not slap with the putter.  That is to keep the wrists relaxed but firm while making a putting stroke.  Which also means you have to move your arms slightly along with the putter during execution.  If  you just use your wrists, then this isn't what Will recommends. Chris, another golf pro was there helping too.
