The picture above was the "last straw" which broke the proverbial camel's back. I had a pocket camera which I liked very much and could depend upon. That camera didn't take the above picture. The camera which took the above picture was a replacement for the camera I loved. The camera I loved was sent for repair once. The cost was around $90. About 2 months after repair, it fell ill with the same symptoms. Instead of repairing it once again I purchased the new replacement for $150. Big mistake! I never grew attached to the new camera as it had many faults as far as I was concerned. On a trip to New Jersey a few weeks ago that camera's performance, or lack thereof, made me decided it was no longer worth using. Margo and I went Salsa dancing and I took many pictures and not one was worth using. One of Margo, Barbara Capoldi, and myself was too blurred to be usable. Heck, we were standing still looking at the camera so there was no excuse. That was the last straw. I've boxed up my older camera and sent it back to the shop. There's a 90 warranty on repairs. If I only get 90 days worth of use, at least I know I'll be able to come away with decent images.
