I went to take pictures at our 4th of July Bar-B-Que today. My arrival was a little late, most of the folks had left and not much to make pictures. Born and raised in Texas I expected pork ribs and the smell of mesquite. Wrong! Pulled pork doesn't make for great pictures so I went for a roll:)
