Delaware State Representative David L. Wilson speaks to Bridgeville residents during an early 7:30 a.m. meeting at Jimmy's Restaurant. The Bridgeville community of Heritage Shores made up most of the crowd.  It was there to hear Rep. Wilson's take on a town charter change to be voted upon in Dover. I'm normally turning over at 7:30 a.m.  So this was an early start for me.  I always wonder what people up before 9:00 a.m. could possibly be doing.
