Photography by E.W. Faircloth   On a cold day in January 2012 these construction workers don't let the high winds and low temperatures stop them.   The high temperature for Heritage Shores in Bridgeville DE was only 33 degrees today. With the winds howling and blowing around 25 MPH,  it felt a lot colder. Construction is a tough job, and somebody has to do it.  So, consider yourself fortunate if you have an inside job or retired today:)
