Tags: I see it this way!

This is just about how I feel at 1:30 a.m.  My linux computer became corrupted because I accidentally mangled an upgrade.  Everything was working except the graphical interface. TRANSLATION: I was seeing NOT windows, I was seeing a DOS command line.  All you kiddies born after 1985 don't know what DOS is, so Google it:) I was able to copy my files to another computer running Windows XP. I found an install disc for SUSE linux 11.4 and installed the software.  My fear was wiping the hard drive and needing to start all over. Well, once the installation process begin I noticed I could just install the new operating system and not touch my important files. The only thing left to do now is to tweak a few items. So this blog is posted using SUSE 11.4 as my "baby". I didn't have a chance to reinstall Adobe Photoshop so I used GIMP.  GIMP is free software and almost as powerful as Adobe Photoshop. It's not quite as easy to use but it didn't cost $600 either. The image is from an artist cooperative in Burkina Faso.  It's too late to look for the exact location.
