Photography by E.W. Faircloth Part of the fun for me while on vacation or a trip to a different country is going to the local food market. I love to cook so this is an opportunity to actually live in a place. Above is Margo in Marina Market, a mid-sized market which has many Western foods. A guy can't eat chinelles, caterpillars, the whole time, right? At the meat and cheese deli I found a Gouda cheese with Cumin sprinkled all through it. Awesome! Since I made gumbo one day I needed a spicy sausage. No, the store didn't have Andouille sausage but I did find a Chorizo to take it over the top.
