Photography by E.W. Faircloth   While we're discussing food, and since Burkina Faso is landlocked, the above fish looks good. Fish On! That phrase is music to the ears of a fisherman. My son-in-law, Ben, caught this huge striper. He must take the family honor of catching the largest striper of the season. My other son-in-law, Lhann, will correct me if I'm wrong:) In Delaware stripers are called Rock Fish. Editor comment:  I've tried to be careful about what images I placed from the trip.  No, I didn't want to just show caterpillars for food,  women washing their clothes in a  river, and other stereotype pictures out of Africa seen on TV. However, I think a picture of the caterpillars  is interesting because it's something we don't normally see.  However, a steak probably seems foreign to folks who don't eat cows.  I've eaten raccoon, and possum while a child in Texas.  Yeah, they both taste like chicken:)  The French love frogs and snails.  Around the world people eat all kinds of foods. Chinelles are just another source for a hungry planet.  And in Bobo you can find a baguette to put them on.
