With most of the country in a housing slump, it feels like a housing boom in my neighborhood.  There are at least 6 houses being built at this moment.  There are about 200-300 houses here presently,  but with some many homes under construction it looks like a housing boom. Above shows one house being built as seen from the window of another also under construction.
