This magazine cover caught my eye. No, not Michelle Obama, she's married to the President of the USA.  No, I'm also married and stopped looking at other women long ago! It was the headline "Sleep more, Age less"! My wife is up at 6:00 a.m., at least that's what she tells me.  I wouldn't know because I don't get up until around 9:00 a.m. or later if I can help it. So, to see an AARP article stating 8 hours of sleeps helps to age you less, vindicated me, after all these years:)
