That is the screenshot of my recent 2D Echo Ultrasound test. I've had a heart murmur since childhood.  It didn't keep me from being drafted back in the Sixties or anything else over the years.  My doctor is very thorough and decided this time she wanted a better picture. So I'm laying on a gurney when the technician asks why am I getting the test, then quips "now you can prove you have a heart." We could only laugh:)
