You can't pump gas yourself in New Jersey because it's against state laws.  In many other states, you have to get out and do it yourself. Well, the eagle-eyed and frequent blog contributor, Veronique Felix, saw this sign in a parking lot in Jersey City.  She guesses it is related to the absence of self-service gas stations. Delaware girls and guys aren't as lucky as Jersey Girls:)
