I'm holding up the last News Journal newspaper out of Wilmington DE I plan on buying. Why? They raised the price of the paper from 75 cents to a dollar. You say that's only a 25 percent hike. Well, my retirement income hasn't increased 25 percent. With rising energy, insurance, food, phone and cable costs, it seems like everyone wants a piece of your income. Maybe the News Journal doesn't understand I'm in need of electricity, insurance, food, and Internet access.  I can do without a newspaper. In fact, the main reason I bought the paper was out of habit. Most of the news I get off the Internet.  One thing thing I liked about the paper was the Soduko puzzle which was a pleasure.  I can get billions of Soduko puzzle off of Sudoko.com , print them out for free. Many times when I didn't buy a paper, I go get a puzzle online. So if the News Journal wants of piece of this, it ain't happening.
