Margo Faircloth practices a Aqua Zumba routine in the indoor pool, located inside the Fitness Center of the Bridgeville community of Heritage Shores. Frequently called the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba is a fitness program for people of all ages, and especially for those who love to swim, or just splash and move about in the water.  Aqua Zumba integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, and blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and easy on those precious joints!  And remember, where there’s Zumba, there’s good music too. So, come and splash, stretch, twist, and even shout with us at the pool every Thursday at 1pm, starting: July 7th. Wear your pool shoes and bring some water.  You’ll need it.
