Photography by E.W. Faircloth That's my grandson learning to use chop sticks.  We were hanging out while his mother and grandmother took care of an errand. He was eating his food in a matter of minutes. Being a child, he discovered that you could not only use chop sticks in the traditional two-stick method but the "one-stick spear/poke" method. He showed me that taking one stick and jamming down into a piece of broccoli gets the job done.
