"Wait a minute, I know that hair"! As soon as I saw the above editorial cartoon in the Wilmington News Journal, I recognized the "woman" in it. Let me explain. Signe Wilkinson, Pulitzer-prize winning editorial cartoonist does have a hair style quite similar to a character which appears many times in her work. So when I spotted that character in my paper, I immediately looked for the credit line. Sure enough it was a Signe cartoon. Heck, I know that hair anywhere.
