Faircloth DUCK CUP TOURNAMENT Round 1 - October 21 Are you ready to find out which section of Heritage Shores has the best golfers?  Due to overwhelming response, the Duck Cup Tournament is a go!  Here are the details: THE TEAMS – WEAR YOUR TEAM COLORS! (Shirts & Hats) TEAM WHITE              Widgeon Way + Canvas Back + Ruddy Duck TEAM CAPTAINS          Jeanne Deschenes and Alan Green TEAM RED                   Whistling Duck + Gadwall Circle TEAM CAPTAINS          Marti Edwards and Jim Jarkovsky TEAM BLUE                 Amanda’s Teal + Will’s Island + Blue Heron + White Pelican + Harlequin TEAM CAPTAINS          Allan Percival and Tom Woolcock TEAM BLACK               Emily’s Pintail TEAM CAPTAINS          Tina Hill and Fred Indoe THE FORMAT - Two Person Net Better Ball Winning individual holes is the goal.    For example, on Hole #1, if your team’s lowest NET score (actual score minus your handicap) is a 4 and your opponent’s lowest NET score is a 5, your team wins the hole.  If the net scores are the same (tied), the hole is split, and each team is awarded ½ point.  At the end of your match, the number of points or holes won by the two-person teams will be added to the points of their neighborhood team.  The neighborhood team with the highest score is declared the winner.
