These folks are doing The Cuban Shuffle while attending a picnic held at Trapp Pond State Park in Laurel Delaware.  The almost 100 degree temperatures didn't discourage them as the music was too good. For you purists, the song is actually the Cupid Shuffle by the artist Cupid, but that doesn't stop everybody from calling it, The Cuban Shuffle:)
