If you ever need a place to stay while skiing, biking, camping or whitewater rafting in The Poconos Mountains of Pennsylvania, try the VictoriAnn Bed & Breakfast. The  staff is friendly and very accommodating.  For example, breakfast is usually ready at 9:00 a.m. but Margo and I needed breakfast at 8:30 a.m. to meet our rafting group.  We were made to feel special as breakfast was on the table at 8:30 a.m. There are some interesting facts about the town of Jim Thorpe which before 1954 was called Mauch Chunk.
