This young chef brings out delicious dishes for us to dine on. She was up early and worked hard to please the guests. She cooked macaroni and cheese, kale, carrots, mashed potatoes,  turkey and dressing. The turkey was moist, juicy or  we should say "succulent".  And that's a good thing because I'm very picky about breast meat. Who wants to eat dried out turkey? Not moi. Chef Nairobi's turkey was cooked to perfection. As the French would say "il était délicieux".
