Photography by E.W. Faircloth Around 5:30 p.m. on Heritage Shores Cirle, in my community, I saw a backhoe removing packed snow and ice.  Hopefully, the road will be clear by the time more snow, sleet and rain starts tomorrow. Canon road near us is completely clean with two lanes of traffic. US 13 has two lanes in some areas clean on the way to Seaford De.  Railroad Rd. behind Heritage Shores is one lane at times, with some areas still packed with snow.
