Photography by E.W. Faircloth Since the bottom fell out of the real estate market, home sales have slowed down noticeably in my neighborhood. In the beginning there were two builders hoping to construct over 1200 homes for an adult community. Since the home sales slowdown, the company which built my home, Lennar, has left. The other builder Providence Homes was going it alone for a spell. Recently a new builder, Ryan Homes, has come in. Things have picked up. I'm seeing sales signs going up just about everyday. It almost seems to be a housing boom again. About two weeks ago, I see this couple walking around looking at an available lot for sale in the rain. The salesperson was walking around in the mud with them. I mentioned to my wife "that child is selling a lot of houses, she'll was out in the rain trying to sell a house". The next day I spotted a "sold" sign on the property. So, I've decided to put a face on all those sold signs I'm seeing. That's the sales and marketing representative above who is responsible for those signs.
