It has been some times since I posted a license plate. While on a trip to Walmart,  in front of the store was this big Mercedes Benz with the above tags.  The New York driver and passengers were just sitting there as I passed.  After seeing the vanity plate I asked permission to take a photograph.  The owner said "yes". Yes, I asked permission because I  don't want be "wacked" by the Godfather out of New York.
