Saturday we went dancing  at the Stardust Ballroom in Bellmawr NJ, which is the hottest spot in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area for salsa dancing every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. Presently, We're about a 2 1/2 hour drive away living in Bridgeville DE.  This weekend my wife and I went to visit one of our daughters and her husband, so we decided to go dancing at the Stardust which is about 10 minutes away. It was great to see old friends and acquaintances . Around 12:15 a.m. birthday dances were held.  Instead of singing happy birthday, a much better  acknowledgment is held.  The person celebrating a birthday is surrounded by those of the opposite sex and everyone dances with  him/her for a few seconds until the song is finished.  Hey, these folks love to dance. Centered above, the woman in the purple dress had a birthday.  The Stardust promoter had set this picture up, so I decided to take advantage and snap a frame or two.  What a great group of folks.  There was another female having a birthday dance that evening. Oh yeah, one guy who turned 65 was there but didn't tell the DJ he was having a birthday. I don't know what I was thinking!
