These golfers are retrieving a ball from one of the many ponds on the Heritage Shores Golf Course, located in Bridgeville DE.  There are plenty of water hazards on the course. This mean a lot fishing for balls take place. I lost 2 balls myself today.  Even with rain predicted later this afternoon, it was an enjoyable 9-holes played. According to The Free Dictionary by Farlex, the expression "fish or cut bait" is something that you say to someone when you want them to make a decision and take action without any more delay.  It may have been appropriate for us today. We needed to decide if we were to play golf or get balls out of the ponds.
