The dog inside patio looking directly into the camera maybe asking " don't these people have anything better to do"?  The folks are from the Home Owners Association.  Most of them are retired and may not have more to do than force compliance with HOA rules and regulations.  They enforce guidelines concerning length of un-cut grass, house colors, tree placements, you name and they have a rule for it. Don't get me wrong.  I appreciate their work, and if not for the guidelines I could have a next door neighbor paying the mortgage on a lime green house with purple shutters.
