To make a tasty pie you'll need fresh pumpkins not the canned stuff. I saw the two pumpkins above at the Blades Orchard near Preston in Caroline County, MD. I found a recipe for homemade pumpkin pie which looked good. If one of you make one, let me know. I prefer sweet potato pie myself:)
